   Always tried to use SRC (Onecall), but back in the day they were the dogs bolls, now they're dog she ite, 7 times used between July and now and 3 times they said they were trying to find a driver, others they took over 20 mins, and as much as i try not to use the rival firm at one time, at least they turn yp straight away, these lot need either more drivers or a new direction

   Do not book! Should have read reviews properly before. They couldn’t find a driver even though I booked 24 hours in advance. You can’t even call a real person to confirm or ask for an update. Just don’t bother !!

   I booked hours in advance for an urgent appointment, yet when the time came, no driver had ‘been found’ and we hadn’t received so much as a text or call to inform us. Ended up being half an hour late to said appointment… First time trying this service but sadly won’t be using again.

   Ordered mini cab back home driver accepted straight away. But h was so busy driving around and come to me 45minutes later letting me stand in rain. On my way home he was constantly on the phone. And t the end I was charged more than supposed. Not recommended.

   Booked in advance to get to Anfield & the taxi didn’t show up, we were told it was delayed as they couldn’t find a driver, in the end we had to cancel as it was getting so late. We left the return trip open to get back to the hotel & then noticed by email this had been cancelled by One call, so we were left stranded & had to find another taxi to get back to our hotel. I understand it was a busy evening but please do not take the booking if you can’t stick to it. People, you are better just booking another well known service as at least they turn up. Disappointing service.

   Always brilliant drivers. Don't like the automated system. Only criticism is that I am sometimes sent hackney cabs and because I am disabled I can't get in them.

   Son left his phone in taxi, call handler was really helpful & driver brought it back straight away. My son said the driver was a really nice guy .. Great service, would definitely use again

   Didn't show up even when booked in advance. When called them to see when they were arriving, only an automated message to tell me that they hadn't located a driver for us, even when it was 20 minutes after our booking time. Couldn't get through to an operator. Got an uber instead.

   Called 24h in advance to pre book a taxi for 8am - important as needed to be some where for a specific time. Anyway, 8am comes and no taxi. Called after 10 mins of waiting only to be told, “sorry we’re not coming, there are no taxis in the area.” What’s the point of pre booking then? Avoid these cowboys - complete waste of time and effort. Don’t even deserve one star.
