   Absolutely fantastic, a really nice lady driver drove me from ormskirk to aughton in the pouring rain this evening, had my military medals on after reading the last post in the rain at St Anne's, coronation Park and names of the fallen in ormskirk parish church with the raf cadets assistance, soaked all day,however ,really proud day, lovely lady refused my payment, lots and lots of lovely people out there, thankyou Alpha

   I'm from the North East and i booked early morning taxi from Burscough to Ormskirk station and taxi arrived within minutes and the driver was very helpful with my payment as the site wouldn't accept my post code. He was very friendly and chatty. I was very happy all round. Will use them again when I'm back in the area.

   Wish id checked the reviews first! Pre-booked a taxi but taxi failed to arrived! No communication to advise wouldn’t be coming - only found out when phoned up to check where it was. As a result missed an important bus connection.

   Since Alpha have taken over its been diabolical. Hardly any drivers. Have prebooked twice now to get early trains from wigan and the job is never assigned to a driver despite prebooking way in advance. Can't speak to a human. Avoid

   The taxi arrived all of five minutes late, first thing the driver did was apologise, excellent start. Had a good chat with plenty of laughs. I arrived on time and would recommend them anytime.

   Normally lovely. Had good experiences in past. However, booked a cab yesterday for this afternoon. They’d booked me for the wrong day and then started getting irritated when I questioned it. Not to mention I rang a different company to make sure I hadn’t used a different service and the same man from the first company picked up. The drivers I get are generally quite nice and chatty.

   Waste of your breath, literally have no service or taxis after 11:00pm, average wait is at least 1 hour if you are lucky. This firm are responsible for most of the fights outside the taxi queue because people get impatient for waiting, and literally start fighting over the first taxi to arrive. Waste of time, should close in my opinion. Need a better taxi firm

   Many thanks for leaving my wife stranded at 2:00 am, despite pre-booking a collection, you failed to pick up! Your telephone operator did the usual, hanging up as soon as he was challenged. Happened too many times this now .... you are a disgraceful taxi firm. The owners of this company should be ashamed of the way customers are spoken to.I would strongly recommend not using them!

   booked two taxis, waiting outside in the rain for 45 mins. very rude, ended the call twice. no taxis turned up. told us we missed the taxis when we quite obviously didn’t. worst taxi company ever. do not use under any circumstances
