   After receiving a" flyer "through our letter box stating this firm had merged with another and we're touting for business we thought we would give them a chance. WE prebooked a taxi for 7.20pm midweek for the following Saturday.At about 6pm on the Saturday we rang to confirm and were told yes we would be picked up as arranged.No taxi arrived!We rang them 3 times and were told the taxi was on another job and would be with us asap.2 more phone calls when we were told they had no record of our booking then eventually found it but could not say when taxi would arrive.At 7.45pm we gave up and my husband had to drive to prevent us loosing a table booked in a local restaurant. This is the second time this has happened with this firm in last 4 months.We will not be using this firm again and would not recommend them to anyone.Very poor customer service.

   Will not use this company again, they didn't have any large taxis available so ordered two at the same time under different names... just so there was no confusion. First taxi came, taxi driver was lovely but was late as they could not 'assign a driver' ... despite having booked it hours in advance. The first trip was taken and then the second taxi got cancelled. Called up the company and the woman was rude and condescending... not fit for customer service at all. She said that it was up to us to tell the taxi driver that a second trip was needed... despite ordering two. She said she'd get a taxi out as soon as possible... no taxi arrived. Completely unacceptable, such a badly organised taxi service and utterly unreliable.

   Ordered a taxi last night (weds) and the lady said yeah it will be 10 mins. 45 mins later nothing has shown up so tried calling back, waited on hold for 25 mins to get through and then I gave up as no one answered. My mate stayed on the couch instead so rang back to cancel and nothing again. No taxi even showed up when I checked my phone and ring doorbell this morning! Clearly not reliable! Will not be using again!

   Awful company. Was told 10 mins for the taxi to arrive. We waited in the pouring rain for 20 mins and when we rang back the lady said he's 5 mins away. Waited another 20 mins and couldn't get through to the operator after that. Taxi never arrived. Reading the reviews I don't know how this company still operates.

   We ordered a taxi on the10th Dec at 18.25 p.m We recieved 2 / 3 text messages to say we are running late! We needed to be at the venue by 19 30 as doors lock! The taxi never arrived! Luckily my nephew was able to take us. We got to the venue late! 8.p.m Luckily after some explanation of why we was late! They let us in. My advice to anyone wanted a taxi. "DON'T USE THIS COMPANY" IF I could of given a 0 star I certaily would have .... - 0 STAR

   Taxi booked for half 11 that decided to tell us it had arrived at midnight and then cancel one minute later all while customers standing outside the pick up point. Watched it happen on the awful tracker! Cheers for that.

   Had a driver that was accepting the job and not picking us up, I'm heavily pregnant and just wanted to get home and left me waiting in the freezing cold for 20mins and could clearly see him on the track the taxi but didn't move and everytime we cancelled to order a new one he accepted again but refused to pick us up, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Reg plate AF13 KZT drivers name is STEPHEN badge number: 6024 and drives a black Ford galaxy, so thumbs up to him for bringing shame to 5050. When trying to call the company numerous of times had no answer. THIS MAN IS A DANGER TO ALL WOMEN WHO ARE LOOKING FOR TAXIS LATE AT NIGHT!

   We booked a taxi for 12:30 but they kept us stranded for two and a half hours. Eventually a driver from another taxi firm stopped to ask if we were stranded and offer us a lift. Don't think they ever did turn up because I got a text at 4am cancelling the taxi, so they would have left us all night. Absolutely avoid

   Awful service. 2 taxi's booked for a wedding weeks in advance. Checked on the morning of the wedding and was told the 2 taxi's would be there for the pre booked time of 12:30. Only 1 taxi turned up, which was late and had to drop half the party off at the venue and go back to pick the rest up getting to the venue only just before the ceremony. No apologies, just a mumble about lack of drivers. This company should give the option of minus stars on their ratings. Never use these again
