Ordered a cab from these as I needed to get to the vets The taxi and driver were fantastic but the dispatch man was very rude and abrupt. Wouldn't use them again. Got a private hire on the way back. Much quicker and cheaper.
Absolutely horrible, called for a taxi straight away at 15:25, and they had the nerve to text me at 16:15 and tell me there was no one at the pick up address!! I had to go get the bus after waiting for 20 minutes, and in the end they arrived almost an hour after I called, absolutely disgraceful

Booking a taxi in advance was great booking to return not so great waited for 30min rang back was told as it's school run time I won't get one I rang for a cab at 2.10. was for wheelchair use
Metro never let me down either for myself or my mum most drivers know my mum and are soooo helpful when she has been shopping
The both driver where kindly helped use out with all ate luggage home address and at lime Street station
Very reliable service, polite call handling service, ring back too which was good. If you book a cab you pay a set fee rather than the clock fee, which was a nice surprise. Keep our Hackney carriages on the road no more delta or Seaforth.
I use this firm all of the time. I have used them twice today to get me to and from work. Each time the drivers were friendly and polite. I had a stroke so have left side weakness but I am also really tall, I find it much easier to get a hackney cab and all of Metro's cabs are Hackney's. Fab service, keep up the great work guys!
Quoted £8 for a journey that Delta would do for £6.16. Website says in bright red on the front page that they will price match all local private hire if pre-booked by phone. Called up, asked for the quote and price match and was told no, it's ran off the drivers meters, the website is nothing to do with him and he knows nothing about it and I'd have to speak to management if I wanted to question it more.
