   I’d take a guess something dodgy is going on here. Takes ages to answer (more than 2 minutes) can’t wait to get you off the phone, if they do turn up it’s super late and looks like some bloke who’s come off a building site and got dragged in at the last minute. Couldn’t even get in the back his seat was so far back. Said he had no idea how many taxis the firm had, the ‘boss’ wouldn’t tell them anything. Wouldn’t use them again.

   Shocking service, over 45mins late after over 1.5hrs notice of confirmed booking. Rang up for update only to be greeted by a phone put down by operative. Disgusting service by office staff!!!!!!

   We pre booked a taxi from this company to get home from a friends 40th b’day party. We had booked the taxi for 12.30, as the time got to 12.45 we called the taxi rank but got no answer. No taxi turned up and we ended up waiting for an Uber 30 mins later which ended up being cheaper

   Ordered a taxi at 9.45 said will be 15 mins get a text saying car arriving at 9.50 go outside wait 5 mins ring the company . Very rude women answered saying been and gone hun. I was like how’s it been and gone I’ve come outside when it said it was arriving. She was so so so rude. Say can I book another she was yes do it now. Ring back 15 mins later. Where’s this taxi did you book it? Yeah it’s gone to someone else first. 45 mins later turns up. Just think the overall experience was horrendous the women on the phone was so rude. Said you must’ve got the taxi arriving text late. If you knew that text was going to be late you could’ve told that taxi to wait. Just horrendous. Been waiting 50 minutes for a taxi now.

   Had a taxi booked for 22:00 said taxi arrived but by the time we walked down the which was less than 5 mins taxi had left. Rang up straight away & was told it would be 30 / 45 mins. Never did turn up

   Booked a taxi for 6.30am to take me to the station for my 6.50 train. It's a 6 minute journey. Taxi was running late. By the time it was apparently 1 minute away it was too late for my train. How you can be late for what must be the first job of the day is beyond me.had to rearrange my whole days diary. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they didn't seem fussed at all. Bunch of Jokers.
