   Waited over an hour with a taxi only to receive a notification it was cancelled. When I telephoned the staff obviously didn't care even though one of the passengers is elderly.

   Made a booking ahead of time by a couple of hours for connection at the port. They failed to arrive and advised me 15 minutes after due time of booking it would be late with no guidance how long it would be. Speaking to an operator I was advised they couldn't guarantee a car in time. I then continued to receive an automated update call every minute advising me it was still late. All this was advised too late to use public transport. Really poor service. Will cost me guts of £80 to travel 12 hours later and I'll miss work tomorrow. Just terrible service. Just got another pointless update that it isn't en route, the 5th of this review. A pretty annoying feature which kind of rubs in how bad their service is.

   The man was grumpy. Charged 56 pounds when normally it’s 35 didn’t give me the correct amount of change and if it wasn’t me for to remind him to give me change

   I would like to thank the Green taxi driver he picked me up from the station, and drooped me off. I had no cash on me besides £6.05. I asked him to wait whilst I got the remainder of the fare £1.35 from my handbag which I had left at my sons flat. When I went to pay him he was driving off. So I would like to thank him for taking me on board knowing I was short of the full fare. The lesson is don’t leave your phone or your bag behind as we have become dependents on technology. Restored my faith in human nature ⭐️

   Absolutely appalling service. I booked a taxi at 9.15 am to go to Lime Street and pick me up about 2. I have hung around for 30 minutes and they still haven’t managed to get me a taxi. I will most certainly miss my train now.What a useless service

   Taxi never turned up! Waited over an hour for this and was given no indication it would take this long/not arrive.

   Lift never came waited an hour they said 10 to 20 minutes. You're better off calling delta or alpha
