   Had to leave a message for someone to contact me back (to book an appointment) and no one has contacted me? This was 2 weeks ago. The 1 star reflects the poor customer care I received...ignorance is damaging to a business also! Fails to reply to a customer wanting to experience their business for the first time but not too busy to reply immediately to a 1 star rating?

   I took my mum's little rescue dog here today, he's very nervous and shy, but the service was amazing, I felt completely comfortable leaving him, so friendly and welcoming, and on picking Teddy up,, he looked fabulous, happy, and not at all stressed,, my mum's little dog will definitely be going back,,, couldn't have asked for better,,, and my mum is delighted,, thank you so much ❤️
