Shocking! I pre-booked a taxi through the app and 5 minutes before it was supposed to arrive I looked at the app and saw it had been cancelled by them. I received no message or call to explain or apologise. Do not trust this company if you actually want a taxi.
Driver was on time, pleasant and car was clean. Really happy with the service, will use again.
