We used Taff’s Travel to pick us up from Manchester Airport. We got picked up in the early hours of this morning-the driver was promptly on time. Unfortunately one of our cases went missing-our driver gave us time to look/ sort out paperwork etc. Our driver understood the stress this brings and stayed positive throughout. Through all of this I was unaware I had dropped my money in the Taxi, there was a knock at my door today it was the driver asking had I dropped any money! ( through all the stress we did not realise this money was missing)! So trustworthy and we will definitely be using Taff’s travel in the future!!
Over the last 12 months have used this firm on multiple occasions for different events. Would like to say , very reasonable, reliable and great customer/staff recommendations. The drivers are all so friendly and you get a text with time, car description and driver info. Have used for nights out and airport runs . Highly recommended

Overcharge and leave you stranded Currently walking from Buckley to Hawarden as they charge triple fare for two trips one of which altered to a pub being shut then they decided out 11pm one should be cancelled due to other journeys although it was pre cooked as they took other boookings with one drive yet we were closer to previous booking? Where is the sense in that?!?!? Thought they were a family run service !
Fantastic service. Text updates as to when the driver was on the way and tracking link provided with confirmation of the number plate, very good value for money and friendly driver. Would highly recommend and will certainly be using again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS. Family with two young children left at Manchester Airport despite pre-booking with no response or explanation. Delayed due to baggage issues beyond our control and our return taxi home didn’t arrive to wait for us, which led to a £110 charge for a black cab after waiting for hours at the airport with two exhausted children. Upon booking we were informed there would be somebody ‘on-call’ to receive our messages throughout the evening, however after messages left to advise of delays throughout the night, followed by 15 attempts to establish where our missing taxi was, there was no response to our voicemails. Attempted to contact the office the following day and a friendly colleague stated she would pass on the message to management, how get we are still awaiting this phone call since Sunday.
