Booked a return taxi and they cancelled on us last minute for no reason and stranded us. No help at all
After my son's shift at work in Leeswood he needed a taxi home to Buckley at 20:15 he rang and was told "I don't know where that is". And then hung up on!!! It's only 15 minutes from Buckley. Have you not heard of Google maps?? I used it when I looked where to go for his interview. Totally disgusted with the way he was treated. Don't even deserve one star.
The guy came pretty fast but took me a different way to make me pay more. Other then that was alright.
I ordered a taxi they told me it would be 30 minutes the taxi did not turn up then they told me it was booked for straight away did not notify me or anything that it was coming earlier absolute discrace
Absolutely disgusting language from one of the drivers that took us home, swearing and the attitude towards us was absolutely disgusting
Well when you book a return taxi you arrive at your destination and are told yes your return is bucked you sit there waiting and they say your return was booked for the night before you even had the outward journey becousw someone can't figure out that midnight is the next night
Shocking driving near mountain lane school 21.06.19 completely ignored that he was supppsed to give way and kept driving towards my car until we were head to head then made me reverse back with kids around and my young daughter in the back and stated they had to go and pick up orher children. Incompetent driving and so glad this man doesn't pick my children up!
