Ordered a taxi. didn't turn up.
Booked my taxi for 14:15 to take me to work as I started at 14:30. I Stood outside bang on 14:15 waiting and didn't turn up, I phoned them up to ask where the driver was. Been and gone. So not only was I late for work, they put the phone down on me but also I had to run to work and I suffer from seizures which can be triggered by stress & my breathing is terrible due to my chest.
Never going to use this company again, first all after booking a taxi for 8pm at 11.45 in the day, it never turned up. Then to call and be hung up upon after 3 times of calling what absolute joke!
Helped me out massively when my nana had a fall. Came straight away and got me to llay in good time. Will use again and recommend.
Not even 1 star. Came down to visit family, June the manager is really rude, no customer service what so ever lived. Shamefull that my family have to rely on this service,in which they cost a bomb.
