Had transfer booked for 10 weeks. Contacted them last night and told all fine and given drivers number. Never turned up at 6 as arranged, tried calling multiple times and no answer. Now 45 minutes late and given up on finding a big enough vehicle so having to pay for two black cabs to get my party to the airport.

Used Airlink Direct for our recent Christmas Holiday and they were great, we had quite a few changes in flight times during the holiday and they were more than happy to accommodate these.
