Awful! Waited forever - taxi waited less than a minute once it eventually turned up! Staff completely unhelpful! Gonna be using Uber in the future!
Had some decent drivers! Only slight problem is there’s no flexibility to do a round journey to do a nursery/school run. Would be useful for this to be a costed out option- charge 30-50p a minute wait or something to avoid literal time wasters! Asides from this, good little taxi firm.
Best in the Biz. Really good crowd, right from the great people you call to book your taxi. Right through to the best of the best taxi drivers. If you want decent human beings who do their best for you, then these are the people for you.
Family run business, the family get the jobs, the mugs get the crumbs. Don't like to be questioned, they don't like to give answers, and banter with other drivers tend to hit a nerve. Tends to be the drivers who brag about how much they have made that are related to the office staff. Big time feeders...
Needed number of taxis as coach booked to pick up guests from wedding venue let us down. Very quick for all taxis to arrive to take guests to hotel after reception party. Very good service.
Disgusting behaviour from this service. Had to cancel one of our cabs but the driver that turned up refused to take us, hoping the longer journey was actually about to turn up and get in his taxi. It obviously didn't as it didn't exist, then had the nerve to give us abuse before starting a secretly starting a recording knowing he'd get a reaction and wouldn't be at blame from the office.
Excellent service! Rang them when another local firm let me down (new to the area). The cab was there within 5mins and a really helpful driver. Will use Phoenix again next time as they recognise their customer's needs
