   I booked an appointment with Sam, as he'd been recommended by a friend. Sam spent a lot of time looking in to what was best for me for a mortgage, and they also things I hadn't considered like life insurance, Sam was well informed really helpful with all the things I hadn't thought about. I'm a first time buyer and don't really know what I'm doing, but Sam helped advise with my solicitor surveys, and I'm definitely more confident with things after speaking with him. I'd definitely recommend talking to someone like Sam before applying for a mortgage!
