I pre-booked a taxi an hour in advance, but it arrived 15 minutes late. Once in the taxi, there was no apology or offer of a discount. The service itself was fine, but I’d recommend booking earlier than needed to allow for possible delays.
After my car broke down during the busy Easter weekend I called Octavia and so glad I did! Service was excellent, friendly and reliable. Due to an unforeseen delay I was kept informed of eta for the cab. The following day I needed another cab ride home, in the kerfuffel and buying an ice cream I left something in the corner shop that Sean kindly went and got for me later as he was passing by on another job later!! So kind to even offer to do that. What a thoughtful and considerate thing to do. So grateful and very touched at the generosity! Highly recommend for trustworthy, professional friendly service.
Booked a taxi for 7.15pm at 20 past it had not arrived. Rang the company and number was out. Eventually got through to someone who said taxi was on its way and just coming out of Rhyl, 20 minutes later it still had not arrived (only live in prestatyn so shouldn’t have taken that long) in the end had to drive myself as table was booked and we were late!
Used the mini bus service - excellent service, price & communication, driver was lovely. Thank you :)
Great service... Matthew was a really friendly guy... the taxi arrived on time and we booked our return journey whilst in the cab. We docded to go home early so I called Matthew and within 15 mins he was there to pick us up ... its just a shame they don't work in Shrewsbury as the taxi services here are shocking!
Used this service on Saturday would not recommend this Service as Me and my friends went for a night out in chester outside Opera Grill at 2am so we arrived at Opera at 1:45 just to make sure we didn’t miss it. Octavia didn’t send us the number plate or what car was picking us up nothing! We waited outside in untill 2:40 then went in the The hotel next to Picalino as we were sat on the floor freezing. We asked the hotel if we could get a room for the night and they had no availability to stay. We rang the taxi company numerous times and no answer!! At 2:56 the taxi turned up ( didn’t give us the number plate so we were getting into a random taxi, As a girl you know this is scary) no apology no nothing. This makes me so sad as I was waiting in the cold for an hour and now I’m full of a cold
I had a very terrible experience, booked a taxi from Prestatyn to Rhyl. Driver didn’t show up, I called almost like 5times and no one picked even after confirming the booking the previous day. No one has called to apologise. I missed my train and I nearly missed my flight. They are not reliable. They will disappoint you. Don’t use them
