There drivers do not know owt. They need a sat nav to find their way out of your street. These drivers cannot even follow the satnav, will never use this firm again. Jeeez
The Staff in the office are very unprofessional . When i cancelled a booking Yesterday , a lady said " I cannot here you " and put the phone down. There was a lot of noise in the background which does not help. I will not be using this service again.
When the woman answered the phone thought i had the wrong number as she never said new brighton taxis or any kind of greeting. Taxi came on time but had no taxi number plates on the sides or the orange plate they normally have at the back or driver identity photo. car was filthy too inside and out. Driver friendly enough but defo wont be using again.
OMG just tried to book a taxi and had the most rude and abrupt woman answer the call! She didn't start with 'New Brighton taxis She was asking who I was! Made me feel paranoid! I only wanted to order a bloody taxi!!! When I asked who she was she hung up on me! #rudehorriblehumanbeing
Absolutely shameful attitude from operator after lengthy no show, when driver was supposed to have turned up, nowhere to be seen and with no effort made to collect passenger. Basically accused of lying, after mother in poor health waited outside in cold for ages, eventually returning freezing, with bad chest pains, due to distress of uncomfortable wait and awareness of disgraceful operator attitude. Family have previously used this service for over 30 years, with recent major reliance after family death, but will definitely look elsewhere in future.
