Absolutely diabolical service. Turned up twice trying to deliver items without without any communication
I haven't used your service but I encountered one of your drivers who thought driving careless and dangerous to be okay. I would have contacted you but I am unable to find an email address .I have the registration of the vehicle if you require it.
Appliance city used them to deliver me some appliances. I found the drivers really friendly and took good care of the property when bringing in the large items. Only point of improvement would be perhaps a notification of estimated delivery time slots. I think 8 - 5 pm slots are too vague for the technology available to us to plan deliveries etc.
Great company. They delivered my shower screen and tray in the day they said it would after i received a text message asking me to book in my delivery. They were even kind enough to keep hold of it for a few days while i sorted some time off..
Can't fault the service, staff were friendly and the delivery times were better than expected. Very reasonably priced, would recommend.

Absolutely terrible, incompetent, ignorant, rude and unprofessional company. Try to say they've tried to deliver an item without knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell or even a phone call.in which they said they would do 1 hour before delivery. The time they've said they tried to deliver the item I was in the premises but again nobody came to the door or attempted to contact me in any way what's so ever. Everyday now these incompetent morons don't deliver the item it's costing me money. Do not deal with these idiots.
