   This morning, I took a call from J K Phillips, regarding arranging delivery of garden furniture I've purchased from a retailer. The gentleman who called me, was the rudest person, I've ever spoken to over the phone. That is genuinely not an exaggeration, I've never had someone phone me, where you could so quickly identify the horrendous attitude. I asked him if he wouldn't mind repeating what he was delivering as I couldn't hear him. His reply, was beyond rude. If the company has a record of who called me at 8.29am this morning and has the ability to listen to that call, I think you'll be genuinely shocked. I was off put so much, that I called the retaiked I purchased from and advised I didn't want to speak to anyone further in regards to arranging delivery from J K Phillips. Without question, the worst customer service I've ever experienced of any industry to date, that's how offensive I found that call.
