    I wasn’t going to write a review for this but I searched the company after ordering a sofa from DFS to see where the nearest depot was to work out a rough delivery time and noticed everyone seemed unhappy with their service. They gave me updates throughout the day, called me 20 minutes before they arrived and were very professional. They did a great job, worked quickly, took away all the waste and couldn’t have been more polite and friendly if they’d tried. 10/10 for service. They even unnecessarily went to take their shoes off before coming inside. My experience of the delivery from this company couldn’t be more different to the reviews I read on here.

    Avoid using this company at all costs, their customer service is appalling, and the way they speak to their customers is abhorrent. I was due to have a delivery for a new part for a sofa from DFS, as there was a glue stain on one part which needed replacing. The delivery drivers sat at the top of the street in the van and waited for 15-20 minutes before coming to our house just to take a photograph and present it as a failed delivery. When getting in contact with the drivers, their attitude towards me was disrespectful, treating me like rubbish and like I was at fault for whatever bad day they were seeming to have. I would recommend using other sources of delivery rather than this company, as I didn’t even receive an apology and their whole customer service was disgraceful.

    Absolutely shocking company and if I could leave zero stars i would. This company has made me scared to ever purchase anything from DFS ever again. I purchased furniture from DFS and originally told the delivery was to be handled by the Sofa delivery company however after payment I had another email to advise the delivery is now with WS. From start to finish the customer service was appalling. I received a text arranging delivery however due to work commitments I had to decline the first date. I then reached out to WS to enquire about changing the delivery date only to have a standard reply of we will be back in touch within 7 days. We then contacted WS again over the next 3 days to ask what their delivery process was and if we would receive any tracking details or even if we would be given a delivery time slot however we never received a response. I was then forced to raise a complaint with DFS who advised that due to being in Wales and the company based in Birmingham i would have to put up with whatever delivery date they gave me otherwise I wouldn't receive my item. DFS then promised I would get a two hour time frame for the delivery and then a further call 30 minutes before the driver was due to arrive. On the day of the delivery i received no correspondence from the delivery company and although DFS sent me a tracking code for the vehicle this proved to not be in real time. When originally checked at 9 am the driver was in Birmingham and then by 9.15 am they where can 2 stops away about half hour away in Wales. To top it off the driver turned up at the address and phone from outside rather than a 30 minute call before so I could arrange for someone to be at the property. AVOID WS and if purchasing from DFS do you checks and made sure these people do not take care of your items

    Had my sofa delivered from Nick Scali by them this morning and I couldn’t fault them. I got messaged with the status 1 week prior with a date of delivery and then on the day I receive a phone call 30 minutes before they were due (7am) and 30 minutes later they were here. They brought my sofa inside carefully and took all the rubbish with them. Faultless service.

    After ordering our sofa with Nick scali we had to pay Β£125 to get these people to deliver it. We accepted the delivery to be seamless after paying so much, but unfortunately they were a nightmare. They picked up the wrong sofa from the warehouse so after waiting 3 months and getting rid of our old one we were left with no sofa. They took the wrong one back and were extremely unhelpful on the phone. They originally told us it was a manufacturing fault so we would have to wait for another one to be made, then they called back and said that’s not true they just picked the wrong one up from the warehouse. They were rude and unfriendly on the phone despite a lot of patience on our side. They got very rude when we mentioned a possible refund or partial refund of our Β£125 delivery fee. Shocked at the awful service, wish I could give 0 stars!!!

    Avoid at all costs, Disgusting company to work for. They try and get out of paying you their money you even though you do a 15 hour shift, they have no respect for drivers and accuse of lying. Β£11 ph as an experienced truck driver, scandalous!

    Good firm to work for with top equipment. Unfortunately didn't want to do tramping anymore and day work didn't pay ,(less hours and no N/O pay) so left, if the day rate improved a bit I'd go back tomorrow.

    At approx 17:15hrs today travelling east bound on the A5 thru Cannock I was cut up by one of your vehicles/drivers. Not only did he cut me up he then nearly caused a collision with 2 other articulated vehicles as he took the wrong lane and then decided he was in a race up the A38 as my husband caught him so I could take a photo...i witnessed multiple vehicles cut up and are lorries not regulated in their speed? 56mph in a 40mph zone thru average speed cameras, thats a speeding offence right there. If thats the standard of drivers you employ, god help us road users. Absolutely fuming!
