I'm a contractor, doing a load for them and refusing me to use the toilet. Saying they don't have any and the landlord locked it up. It is against the law. You should allow or having a toilet for the contractors.
Yard staff Danny and John are willing to go above and beyond to help you in any way they can , office staff good. Downside is the yard can become very tight depending on how many vehicles are in.
Booked week in advance, was told they couldnt cover the day before due to being 'too busy'.... was told they like to tell their customers the day before so we have time to rebook it with another haulier. The day before???? How and with who can cover for next day haulage at Liverpool right now?
Very terrible service. We made bookings with them well in advance of arrival. We had to amend a couple of dates. They got confused and asked us to re-book so we did. The day before delivery they let us down. we understood and re-booked for the following week, only for the day before delivery to cancel again, leaving us with 10 days worth of rent before we can recover with another haulier. why confirm our booking if you cannot commit. Should have rejected our work long before we got to this stage.
Lot of experience with different work: Containers, side curtains, variety of trucks.
