Just had a delivery of an oversize and heavy pallet on a tail-lift truck from Farrall's. Rachael (driver) was fantastic. The pallet was wide and heavy, even for the electric pallet truck, but where a lot of drivers wouldn't have bothered she was determined to get the delivery complete - a credit to the company!
So they contacted me on Tuesday 24.09.2024 to arrange a delivery for today between 09. Am and 5pm and advised me to call back on the day so they give me a more accurate time so I called back and they said that the delivery would be between 2&4 pm, called back at 4.50 pm to advise still not arrived and was advised driver still out and will deliver. Rang the company I ordered through only to be told that the drivers only work until 5pm so it's highly unlikely they will deliver today. I have taken a days holiday and arranged for a friend to help me unload the logs from the crate. Not happy at all. I would highly recommend not using this company....

I had been informed my order was out for delivery on a Thursday, so I took the day off work to collect. Nothing arrived. I enquired early Friday, said I could also manage before 12pm. They asked me where to leave it if it was later. I replied and told them. Heard nothing again. Very poor communication and reliability, especially for such large deliveries that need time off work to be around for.
