   I join the vast majority of reviews and note no response from this company. I can only assume they are waiting for a serious accident and the reviews will add up. Why no acknowledgement do we assume no action. Who is their traffic manager. His licence is up for consideration as well as the drivers. I was travelling as a passenger with a clear view and in car that has a dash cam. It was Sunday 2 November 2025. About 5.35 pm and in Lane 2. M1 South. Approaching Derby junction. The vehicle I was in started to indicate in good time and then having indicated moved to change lane to be ready by marker board 3 to continue to move to leave the motorway. The lorry Reg PJ73THV not only sounded his horn but drove too close to the rear of the vehicle put his full beams on plainly endangering the car he accelerated to the back then pulled out came alongside and deliberately swerved over. A totally unprofessional and dangerous act. Does he realise people can die this is simply dreadful. It happened to be criminal offence this is Road rage and minimum Section 3 likely to be an aggravated offence. Ought to be prosecuted dangerous given the deliberate intention.

   Continue to use a road clearly signed as not suitable for HGVs through the village of New Longton when most other transport companies now use the new road which has been open for a year now. They just ignore the signage - public menace. They have no excuse for this and have been reported/photographed. Respect our village - respect the law - and respect other peoples safety - M.J. Griffiths Transport Ltd don't seem to care but they are obviously idiots.

   Near enough every week day around this time 18:22 one of your inconsiderate drivers finds it appropriate to sound their horn driving down county road to the Burscough mile with absolutely zero hazard in front or around them. I walk my dog at this time and they without fail manage to do this. I will post their reg plate next time I see them and report them to the authorities for nuisance behaviour. You probably aren’t interested while you wiz around Ormskirk yourself in your Ferrari.

   To all negative reviews, 60mph is uk limit on mways for anything over 7.5ton. Please check the dvsa site, If you car drivers want to hog middle lane what do you expect. Good on this company to let trucks crack on down the road.Its very simple car drivers just move over don't hog the middle lane.

   Vehicles aren't correctly governed (speed restricted). DVSA really needs to have a look at this company, if there's no respect for limiting the speed of the vehicles then I doubt there's any respect for drivers hours. HGV's are restricted to 56mph for a reason. It's not the 90's, time to grow up, start playing the game and be legally compliant.

   Dangerous driving in enfield, reg GN15NTL towing their trailer cutting cars up and refusing to merge. Also has a noisy exhaust emitting loads of black smoke on purpose. Also on your response: a few of your reviews mention the same thing - maybe dont use that Lorry again it doesnt look good on your company (Bear Logistics).
