   I looked around a few years ago and Futures Assured offered a very flexible, drop in when you need us, type of service rather than having to lock in with others I looked at. James has always been available and offered great service. Found me a few quid and so saved me a few quid, and the pension investment has done well over the years. I would, and have, recommended them .

   Just come across this on google , used Futures Assured a long time ago and just wish I hadn’t ! Very rude advisor and managing director also very defensive . Promised things such as being able to call when I needed advice AT ANY TIME .I was then not listened to after the advisor Fiona Thompson told me she “ was annoyed at me “ for ringing her when she’d told me I could do it .Following a complaint I was not listened to by the MD and was told this “ perk “ (for want of a better word ) would now be removed . They are an appalling company just interested in getting their commission. Message to Futures Assured: Don’t treat you customers badly, they will remember bad service for a lifetime .
