No wonder the deliveries are on time, with drivers in 18t vehicles passing over 3.5t limit bridges, driving down lanes signed as No access for 7.5t+ except for access, all to avoid a bit of traffic on the M56. Shocking and dangerous driving.
I would imagine deliveries are on time given how fast the driver has just driven dangerously fast in a 30 mph residential area!

The attitude of young bald headed (look at me i have power) fork lift driver pulled into shed opened doors up he appeared said office first i replied first time he said office first get labels nowt else came back to wagon put pallet at back to be abruptly told put labels on them i said im not a mindreader to be told i should know what first time here lucky i never shoved them elsewhere your employee needs a lesson in manners and customer service but as a ws employee says it all were better than the rest and can talk and treat yous with no respect and like shxt
Not happy with this company or its staff,been trying to track a parcel for a week now ,first guy said it is in English depot ,will be three days ,week later I ring IoM depot , guy says yes will check where it is ?? ring back in five mins ,three hours later I ring ,again ,same lies ,give me five mins to check ,that was yesterday ,what sort of company is this ,where is my parcel
Having both worked for this company for many years and used it's delivery service on many occasions, I cannot fault this company. This company has always supplied me with a 5 star service hence scoring it with a 5 star rating. This is a company that listens to your needs then does it's upmost to satisfy them. Keep up the good work.
Poor customer service. They said my road was too narrow to deliver in their big vehicle. I paid for a redelivery in a smaller van and they agreed to deliver the pallet to my door. Instead they dropped it off kerbside. It was a very heavy shipment and I had to unpack it and move it myself. Awful service.
