   Recently moved in to our new home and we asked for a deep clean due to the accumulation of dust from the renovation works Everything was cleaned to a high standard. The windows, skirtings, bedrooms and bathrooms were dust free. It made moving in after a stressful renovation period a little easier. We had Marissa come out for a initial quote and then we scheduled in a suitable date for the clean to take place. I had to postpone the date and Marissa was very accommodating. Would certainly recommend MDC Cleaning

   I would give minus 10 to them if I could, I am very surprised by the good reviews, most of which seem fake. I have booked a cleaner for my room, I was contacted by mdc the day before to confirm the appointment and they asked me if I would be available to do the appointment earlier at 10am instead of 12:00. I agreed and left two hours earlier from my work to be at my place. By 10:05 the cleaner hasn't shown up and I called mdc to find out why the delay. The 'manager' told me that the cleaner was running late and she would come at my place at 1:00pm. At this point I did not have any other option but to agree. Finally at 1:05 pm I get a call from the cleaner who could barely speak English telling me that she was outside my house. I went out looking for her but could not find her. I called her again and she told me that she was in different postcode... Immediately the manager called to telle that thei cleaner was outside but at this point I was very frustrated with them and told them that I did not want their service. Will not bother doing any business with them. It is not just about having a fancy website but providing an equally professional and reliable service to the customer as well
