I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with this company. Instead of using a squeegee they just used an extendable brush, which has left all my windows with drip marks. Some windows were particularly dirty and they are still dirty as I don’t believe any sort is soap was used. I decided to complain but haven’t heard back, which is really disappointing. A really lazy job overall.
The worst experience ever. I didnt confirm that we would go with these guys to get our windows cleaned and had messaged asking when they were cleaning in my area next. He replied in 3 weeks. I never messaged him after this to confirm we would go with him. Anyway, I got a text the night before saying they would be coming to clean my windows to which i replied saying we would not be going with them. In response to my message i got a nasty reply back from Danny saying he is within his rights to request payment and could send it on to a collections team if he chose to do so. I thought this was very unprofessional and disgusting as nothing had been confirmed from my end. He rang me and was very demanding to the point of bullying and he would be sending his collections team. We have no contract agreed verbally or written with him and it was only then that i had to say i would call the police if he stepped foot on my property. Appalling behaviour from a so called business who deem themselves as 'professional.' We used to use these guys in 2018 for a while and their service was excellent. Another person was there then and he was very professional. To go from someone who we enjoyed using to this is beyond belief. Only giving one star as there is no option to give zero stars.
Told me they were too busy to ever clean my windows because I just wanted the front doing. It was clearly a lie as at the start of the call they’d already told me they were taking on new work. It’s not very professional.
We've been using Sutton Window Cleaning for a number of years now on two properties and they do a good job for a good price and would definitely recommend them!
Sutton window cleaning did an excellent job of a full house clean. This consisted of emptying gutters cleaning fascia soffits windows and ledges. Also a full conservatory clean including roof. I would strongly recommend. Good job guys.
The guys at Sutton Window Cleaning always do a great job for me, they give advance notice of when they're due and are always on time. I recently needed some facia boards cleaning and they did a great job.
Danny and his team cleaned the external fascia and windows inside and out of my apartment in Park Central, Birmingham. They arrived on time, were very quick and efficient and didn't leave any mess.
