   Having worked for many different cleaning companies over a 20 year period I can honestly say that Minster are the best. I've only been with them 7 months but I find them very fair..never a problem with wages..very understanding to your personal circumstances..and for the first time ever I received a birthday card to my home address from the company..this says a lot in my book..you're not just a number..they are not only concerned with keeping the client happy but care about the staff too..I would recommend them as a company for clients and also for working for them..after all a happy cleaner will also go above and beyond to support the company in keeping the client happy.

   Still working for minster at present, Have been for 4 years now, Personally I've never had any problems, Pay is always on time. Stock is always delivered when needed. The lady who comes out and spot checks the work being done I found very strict.... But then that's probably why they have kept the contract I work for them on, As there were 3 different companies in the space of 4 years, prior to minster taking over so they must be doing something correctly.

   My experience for working with Minster Cleaning was very excellent. I was the office cleaner, school cover cleaner and the key holder. The management was very good and professional . My payment was always on time and if there were any vacancies, the workers were in priority. I would certainly recommend this agency to anyone Reason I left- my catering job became a full time job.

   A great company to work with. I have had dealings with the team in Birmingham for over 15 years now. The are friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Always there to help when needed and go that extra mile. Definitely the best cleaning company around.

   AVOID! Poor cleaning. Awful attitude from the Hanley & Jones franchise Directors. For them the customer is always wrong!!! Make it extremely difficult for you to change supplier by having an automatic rolling contract and charge you for the remainder of the period and then come after you for late payment interest. Genuine review from Central Mailing Services in Birmingham, for us the customer is king and so we were shocked by the way this company operate!
