    I had a very disappointing experience with UK Windowclean. When I first reached out for a quote, I was told that the first cleaning would be free as a way for the company to show its commitment and reliability. They promised that if I was happy with the results, I could then choose to continue with their services. Unfortunately, things went wrong from the start. My first cleaning was cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances,” which I accepted. I was then given an estimated new date and later received a text saying the cleaning would happen the next day. However, no one showed up, and I never received any follow-up or explanation. If this is how UK Windowclean showcases their commitment, I certainly won’t be using their services moving forward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others. — eS
