This company’s cleaners are completely rubbish. They do not hoover the landing. They do not clean the blocks properly and the cleaner has left site. What a waste of money.
They have been "cleaning" our block of flats. For the last two years they have not done a good job at all. Our stairwell does not get cleaned, as well as other key area's. We pay alot of money for this service and the standard we where getting was not good at all So as a bit of an update. I was offered offered a £500 refund from Karl our apparent account director who said I would receive ot by the first of April. The man has turned around and lied said he never said that even though I have him in a recorded conversation stating that. This company love to commit FRAUD, OVERCHARGE AND THEN LIE ABOUT IT.

Pinnacle cleaning services have been contracted by Home Group to clean the new flats being delivered by Riverside, South Oxhey development. The glass panels on the doors in the communication areas are filthy and the buttons to the flat lifts and mirrors are caked in filth. The car park is never touched. The cleaner comes every Monday and does the absolute minimum. The worse cleaning company going
