Been a customer of Urban Window Cleaning for several years now. Had regular domestic window cleans without issue. Last month, received a message advising CJ would come to clean the windows as usual - he did not arrive. Messaged twice to follow up, advised they were arranging to come - again a no show. Eventually after a month I messaged to cancel and was told no domestic cleans were done in September as they prioritise commercial contracts! Still not sure why I received so many messages advising they were coming or were looking to rearrange. Message on FB essentially says they are glad to lose me as a customer as they don't usually do domestic cleaning. I feel embarrassed and let down.
