Awful service, Had an order due, and everyday was told it would at mine at certain times, chasing them throughout the day also and never came, if i could i would give these 0 stars

Great service. Just had a pallet delivery from Roger to our farm. It's a tricky access and he was one of the most helpful delivery drivers we've ever had.
Had accident my fault but the staff were very helpful so I just want to thank both first aider do not know names but made me feel comfortable and never left my side till ambulance turned up once again thank you

Delivery planned between 10 and 4 on Friday. Phone call just before 4 to say the vehicle had broken down. Phoned back and was told the vehicle was back on the road and delivery will still be made. Didn’t turn up. Phoned back again and was then told it would be there 9am on Saturday morning. Again someone waited in all day but didn’t show and the phone lines had been turned off. Delivery was to a kids football club where volunteers were ready to use the equipment on Saturday. Wasted everyone’s time
Arrived as a visiting driver to collect a load, i was double-manned with a female and they made her get out of the truck and wait in the street outside the yard in 30°+ while i went in to get loaded, strikes me as an antiquated rule and would also like to see if we had arrived with her driving and me in the passenger seat if i would have been asked to get out, all in all i am pretty disgusted with my experience with this company, as i travel all over the country quite often double-manning with the female in question we have never come across a rule like that or ever been treated like that
