   I phoned Midland Cleaning on a Saturday regarding an end of tenancy clean, not really expecting the phone to be answered. But it was! Josh answered and was extremely helpful, and managed to look at photos and quote for the clean, and even book it in at very short notice for the next week. The service was exemplary, Josh even arranged a key collection for a very reasonable charge. The team did a great job, and sent photos for my reassurance. First class all round.

   Josh and Lyndon were excellent cleaners. Josh was quick and attentive to speak with me on the phone and book me in for a visit so he could quote (reasonable) then a date and time to start cleaning (builders dust aftermath). They were brilliant. Thorough. I was very happy to have them in the house and just get on with it without having to check in. Suffice to say, very happy customer. Would recommend and use again.
