   Boyd was efficient, on time, and did a great job. He didn’t rush at all but did a thorough job showing us photos of the guttering both before and after cleaning. He water tested the gutters to check they were fully clean. There was no mess created around the property during the cleaning process. He is a pleasant and polite man and a joy to have working on our home. I highly recommend him!

The entire process from first inquiry, to a fast quote on services needed, setting up the appointment, and completing the job, was smooth, seamless, and efficient. Boyd was extensively knowledgeable on all things related to exterior house maintenance and upkeep and answered all questions I had regarding the powerwashing, window washing, and gutter cleaning process. Boyd is exceptionally professional, courteous, and friendly and completed the job to a high standard, leaving all areas clean and tidy before leaving.    I was very pleased with the work done by Vision Exterior Cleaning. They were very professional, friendly and efficient and made sure you understood what work was required before they went ahead. They did a great job of clearing out the gutters on my bungalow. I couldn’t believe the difference in the before and after photos Boyd showed me.    Friendly, professional service and concerned with the happiness of his customers. On arrival, Boyd inspected the site and advised about our underlying gutter issues that his cleaning service would not fully rectify. He then gave us a choice whether to change our mind about using his service, rather than doing the job without concern for the root cause of our problems and pocketing the cash. We then chose to have him continue the job - clean the gutters, and do an interim fix ourselves on a drooping gutter and it's now much better than before.

   Absolutely amazing service right from my very first call to the Company, through to finishing the job. Blake responded to my call and supplied a quote the same day Next day Boyd arrived promptly in the morning and completed the job. I want to say a huge thank you to Boyd who stayed longer to sort out the grill issue even though he could have avoided it altogether. He didn't leave until he had finished and was satisfied with the result, which is the true mark of a brilliant service. The before and after gutter snaps are so satisfying to see, ha!    Excellent initial contact with Blake for a quote and then making the appointment. Boyd came and cleaned the gutters- found a blockage and cleaned it out, cleaned gutters front and back.
