Fantastic local dry cleaning service. The lady who serves us is always very friendly. We have had several coats washed here and have never had any complaints. The only thing to watch out for is that the price can be a bit high sometimes, however I would still say that it is worth it given the quality of the cleaning. Plus, they do also offer the occasional discount - I was able to get 20% off of one recent order which was quite nice!

My husband took three pairs of jeans in to be turned up on Saturday. He was told they would be ready on Thursday, which was fine. Then Monday we got a txt to say they were ready so a very fast and efficient service with polite and professional staff
I had a rip in a jacket, took it to the dorridge branch and they fixed it within a week as they said they would. They fixed it flawlessly and you wouldn’t even know there was a rip there to begin with. Also they are very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again for repairs.
This was originally posted in 2019 and appears to have been removed by the company so am reposting . They still have my dress and I believe I paid for it before I saw the damage which makes me doubly out of pocket. Took a Mint Velvet dress to be dry cleaned which had been cleaned perfectly by Waitrose on Homer Road (and also cheaper). Went to pick the dress up just after 9am and there were fibres all over the dress. Basically the dry cleaning appeared to be have carried out with a very rough procedure as fibres were half pulled out of the dress in numerous areas. Customer service poor as nobody able to help in store, only a manager off site and despite several requests they would not provide email or telephone number for him. Waited all day and the manager/ owner finally called back just as I was heading into a meeting after 5pm. No apology, manager just said it was common with this type of material and dress wasn’t damaged. Eventually, manager offered to send dress off to have it analysed to work out if dress material or they were at fault, with possible recompense.In the meantime, I have had to pay for a new dress which originally cost £119 and only been worn a handful of times out of my own pocket, as needed for a training course. I do not understand how one company can clean this without issues, yet Ideal managed to leave it with fibres all over. A shop assistant said it hadn’t been rollered and it should have been. This 2 star review is left on the basis of the state the dress was in when I went to collect it, the fact that I am out of pocket, and the lack of provision of contact details to resolve the issue. Since I have currently declined the dress analysis as I am wary as to impartiality, I can’t comment on why the damage was caused.
