   My Pension Expert has provided an excellent service. Very friendly and professional. They helped us to navigate our way through a complex situation. The challenge was getting money from the 4 pension companies so we could purchase a single annuity. My Pension Expert were great at helping us to do this. With various pension scams that are around at the moment it was comforting to deal with a company that we knew are FCA registered. I would definitely recommend their service.

   I was somewhat hesitant about using a service remotely but found the advice and options explained well, no blinding me with science. Correspondence and communication from the team was excellent and all forms easy to follow and complete. An independent financial adviser then went through it and your circumstances to advise on your choices. I was advised that it could take up to 12 weeks to get it up and running as was the case but there was regular communications from the team to give progress updates. Very happy with the outcome

   From day 1 this company helped me and kept me informed about releasing my pensions, they explained what they could and couldn't do. All my options were explained clearly by the financial adviser. Although the time it took to release one of them was over 12 months " a drawdown option" this was because the holder of that pension pot has a poor record in dealing with correspondences in a timely manner, however the people at My Pension Expert, did not give up, kept me informed and eventually reached a satisfactory outcome. I would use them again and am recommending this company to anyone when the subject of pensions comes up.
