   As a first-time buyer, I was quite anxious about the whole mortgage process, but from start to finish I felt completely supported. I was regularly updated and always kept in the loop, which made such a difference and really put my mind at ease. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, and the level of professionalism was honestly through the roof. A huge thank you to Russel and Faye, who played such a big part in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as the rest of the amazing team behind the scenes. No hard work went unnoticed. I never believed I would have been able to get a mortgage for as much as we did and as quickly as we did, so we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. If I could give more stars, I would. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases of your life and without everyone at Scholes Financial, I don’t think we would have been able to get our dream home. They were all genuinely so happy for us from getting our offer accepted to receiving our mortgage offer and even through to completing, which made us both feel so valued.
