   I used B6 squeaky clean recently. I was quoted £180 to £250 on a deep clean for one room. When Bancroft arrived he had another cleaner sit in his van. When he created a space, he kept on cleaning alone. At no point did he ask the other cleaner to come in and clean even though he advised me it would be 2 cleaners. When he was done, he told my mom £600. That was more than double the original quote. At no point did he during the cleaning or prior to the cleaning tell me that he wanted more than the quote. I told him there was no way I could pay that. I also asked about fumigation for mice and was advised £150 for the whole house. On the day he said it was £150 per room and the best he could do was £60 per room. In the end I paid him £300 because I needed to do more work and had no time to quibble. I won't be using them ever again.

   After a successful month of using B6 we then requested to use them again for a large event. They confirmed they would be available but did not show up and did not respond to calls or messages. It would have been disastrous for us had our volunteers not stepped in. Writing this review to prompt B6 to rethink how they operate as a business.

   Mr Bancroft from B6 squeaky clean was working in my mosque ‘green lane mosque’ during the whole month of Ramadan to keep the cleaning facilities and toilets clean. The service was outstanding on a day to day basis & Mr Bancroft is an absolute gentleman. Would recommend to everyone.
