   Agree with Katherine's review, dreadful standard of work. The company website gives a very false impression, suggesting a professional business of quality. It is totally misleading and nothing like the reality. Instead you get Tim, turning up in a little car without the equipment to carry out the work he has quoted for and agreed to do (but fails to mention that he has not done what he says and still tries to charge you for it all) . He is poorly equipped and the work is carried out to a diabolical standard. As Katherine has stated in her review do not waste your money. I've never come across anyone who has done such substandard work.

   Tim was great from start to finish. A prompt response to my initial enquiry, polite and accommodating with our booking. He came and did the job on time, was thorough (even with a complex task) and we’re very pleased with the results. Reasonably priced too, we’ll definitely use again and highly recommend - thanks Tim!

   If I could choose no stars I would. The only thing Tim did was arrive on time. I asked for him to do 3 jobs, all of which have been done very badly. First job was to box in some pipes, at first I thought this looked OK until I came to painting the wood, just to find he had used silicone to seal down the sides which cannot be painted over! So I had to scrape and sand it all off. Next I asked him to put up some curtain poles, both had the connecting tubes put on the outside instead of the inside and the holes were drilled far too close to the window frame which made the plaster crack and the pole was cut halfway between the wall fixings so I can see the join instead of it being in the middle. And finally I asked him to drill a hole for a tumble dryer vent...the holes on the inside and outside of the wall did not match up so he cut the metal pipe in half and jammed it through the hole then stuffed the flexible hose in the hole after cutting it in half! I raised all of these issues with Tim and after first suggesting he would come sort everything he laughed and then stopped replying to my messages. Do not use unless you like wasting money and having to do the job again!
