He explained my options and answered my queries clearly explaining the future considerations. Not normally and situation I find myself in after speaking with accountants!    Severe lack of communication between themselves and the customer, and also between their own departments. Since they took over the old accounting business all attempts at giving a personalised service have gone out of the window as has any attention to detail with customer's finances. Would not recommend.
