I work for Dom as a cleaning supervisor at a bank near Birmingham city centre. When I went for my interview with Dom I found him very friendly and he made me relax, instead of having the quiet moment on a interview when you don't quite know what to say, I found myself chatting drinking coffee as if I new him for years (like a old friend) Now I have been working for Dom for nearly a year, he is always at the end of the phone if I have any staffing problems, but mainly lets me have the final say who to hire as it is me who has to work alongside of them. We have a great team there who have been carefully picked by both of us. If ever you get a job working for him grab it, not only is he a good manager but he is a genuine person.
