   DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY! I paid for 2 cleaners to clean a one bedroom cottage, which was empty, no furniture, no fixings etc. One small empty living room. One smaller empty study room. One empty kitchen. One small empty shower room. One empty bedroom. First, the cleaners turned up late (supposed to be 9.30am, they arrived at 10.15am), and when they arrived they instantly commented on having to leave early to get back to pick up kids from school! Which meant they were leaving early. They were paid for 5 hours, which was 9.30am-2.30pm, however, they arrived at 10.15-12.55pm. So they cleaned for 2 hrs and 40 mins and was paid for 5 hours! Secondly, the cleaning was absolutely horrendous, window sills weren’t cleaned properly, doors weren’t cleaned down, dirt was brushed into the corners and then mopped to make it look wet! Grime on the tiles in the bathroom wasn’t brushed off! Glass shower door still had grimy residue down the glass! Stairway wasn’t hoovered! Some spider webs were still snuggled up in corners!!! Disgusting. Again I repeat! DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY! When I relayed my concerns and provided evidence of images and videos, I was told that the cleaners told a different story (LIES) and the owner repeatedly fobbed me off, and stated that I was lying!! I asked for a full refund, and I’m still waiting for this! I repeat! DON’T HIRE THIS COMPANY! They’re not equipped to provide the service they claim to be selling! I’m now in the process of reporting this company to the British Council for Cleaning! All I wanted was a relatively clean empty one bedroom property deep cleaned! I’m sure another well established company could’ve provided the service I paid for! This was a waste of money and time, as I was still cleaning myself after their fake clean!

They were professional and friendly. The clean left my flat sparkling! And they did the clean in such quick time.
