   I booked this company for an end of tenancy clean and paid a deposit. I was told they would arrive between 10–11am, but nobody showed up. I waited at the property for over 3 hours, repeatedly tried calling with no answer, and eventually phoned demanding my deposit back. I was told I’d receive it in a few days. Later, they called again promising someone would arrive within 30 minutes — but once again, nobody turned up. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

   Found this dreadful company on local services... A lady called Adele phoned me said she could help with an end of tenancy deep clean, quoted £215 asked for a 50% deposit which i payed as requested... the agreement was to pay the rest before the so called cleaner left the property.... which i stupidly did before seeing what they had done. So angry the communication now they have been paid is terrible promises after promises. No invoice so can't claim this shocking clean back! if your reading this don't use this company ..... terrible from start to finish. stay clear ********** not even a 1 star!!!!

   I got end of tenancy cleaning from them. They are very laid back in their response time. Their cleaners were supposed to come at 1 pm, ended up coming at 7:30 pm. Broke my towel rail during the cleaning process for which the company didn’t even acknowledge let alone compensate. I then asked for invoice multiple times. Nobody replied. Didn’t send invoice. Not recommended. Not at all professional.

   Search for other companies. One of the worst experiences ever. We needed a repair carried on a cracked wooden table and contacted this company to arrange for a joiner to attend and carry the repair works. They requested us photos to evaluate what works have to be done and they sent us the price which we have agreed to and paid straight away. The joiner completed the job on a Saturday and I was not able to see the final result as this is my day off. Tuesday morning when I have had a look to see how the repair has been done, I noticed that they have done a very poor job and I was completely unhappy with their work quality. The joiner has not reported nothing back to the office and the office has not reached out to me with any additional information. When messaged the office Tuesday morning they said that there is a manufacturing issue and because of this, the repair could not be completed up to a good standard. This information has not been communicated to me at anytime until I have requested further clarification about the works they've completed. The person on the phone was not helpful, very rude and if even he admitted over the phone that the joiner was at fault not informing the office about his findings ( which they should've been communicated to me straight away ) , they didn't want to do anything about it and they were demanding another payment if we wanted them to reattend. I don't recommend the company, very poor communication, poor work quality, rude and unhelpful staff. Stay away from it.

   I had not used a cleaning company before so was not sure what to expect. Having used them to fully clean a property I would not hesitate to use them again. They were polite, very professional and most importantly worked very hard.

   A great quality service from friendly professionals, at a fantastic price. I needed an end of tenancy clean and was contacted back promptly to arrange the booking. I have used the company previously for a carpets clean too. Both times the quality of the clean was top notch! Highly recommended!

   Very responsive to my message which was great. Phone call to confirm what was required. I was booked in for the following week. Jay called 15 minutes before he arrived and I’m really pleased with the results. I recently moved into my address and just wanted the carpets freshened up. They look like new. Really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend.

   Very Poor cleaning Service . I hired them the previous Saturday on B18 for a complete Deep cleaning .I was charged 200£ for the cleaning and after they left I was able to see many dirty corners,spider webs,uncleaned gas radiators , untouched kitchen door handles . very Poor service . I called them the next day and said the pending works , that's it .he will stop attending our calls or calling back . Toilets were not cleaned . None of the gas radiators were touched . The next day I called another cleaner and they charged me another 40£ for the pending work left by Midlands cleaning group . Will never recommend them to anyone .
