   I had a refrigerator delivered yesterday. The employee was very rude, raised his voice, and kept having some problem. My refrigerator slipped and fell to the back. There was a plug attached to it that got damaged and slightly damaged the back of the refrigerator. I wasn't sure if it would work, so I hired an electrician to replace the plug . Luckily, it worked, no major damage, but I had to pay the electrician £100 to come and check it out

   I am part of the Cable Services group and I primarily deal with the couriers, What I can say for certain is out of every courier we have had or use MSC Express Ltd (I.e. UPN ) are the best by Far. Delivery issues are almost non existent and if any occur the office are amazing at resolving this. The two main people we deal with are Paula & Leanne who are very informative, helpful and always a friendly attitude. I would advise anyone unsure about there courier services to give these a try, you will not regret it.
