He is a really friendly guy, explained things to my daughter, who was curious about the process and equipment, and most importantly, did an amazing job of the carpets in less time than I would have expected.    I have worked with contractors and tradesmen all my life and I can honesly say that Emersen is one of the nicest and most conscientious people I have met and the quality and finish is superb. I needed someone quickly, I live in a second floor apartment and he came and worked in the evening to help and made sure the carpets and sofa were spotless. I have never completed a Google or recommendation before but the service has changed this.

   I had been seriously considering a new carpet however decided to have it cleaned as I am wanting to sell the house. Emmerson of Elite Carpet Care has just been to clean my carpet all bedrooms, hallway and stairs. He has exceeded all my expectations the carpet is spotless it looks clean and fresh. I am wondering why I had even contemplated replacing it. It looks as good as new. I can't recommend Elite Carpet Care enough why spend thousands replacing a carpet when you can get it clean to the standard offered by Elite. The job was carried out professionally and the price was competitive. Emmerson is very friendly it was a pleasure to have him undertake the carpet clean.

   Emerson was amazing from the first time I contacted him up until completion of the job. He was honest about what he could do, and even offered to let us burrow one of his equipments if we felt like we needed extra work done as the house was quite smelly due to previous owners having dogs. I mean who does that in this day and age. Very likeable person! Great customer service Emerson! Thank you.

   Having had carpets and furniture prepreviouly i have never been as happy as I am with the results since Elite cleaned our living room last week. Emerson was very professional and his 25 experience was clear from the minute he walked i told our home, he was extremely friendly and respectful of the rest of our home by covering other carpets and protective shoe covers. The carpet and suite have come up like new especially the appearance of the cushions on the sofa. The carpet and suite were dry within an hour after Emerson left. You will find cheaper but from my experiences paying slightly more is well worth it. I would have NO hesitation in recommending ELite whatsoever.

   Amazing! Moving to a new home, the carpets were disgusting with 14 years of stains from a previous tennant. I wasn't expecting miracles, I just wanted the smell out, and as I have fur allergies - the years of fur and allergens gone. Elite Carpet Care did all that And got rid of the stains. So much more than I expected. Friendly, helpful advice, I am so pleased. Thank you!!!!!! I would recommend you to anyone and everyone.

   My daughter had spilt some milk on our living room rug and it stunk. We needed a good carpet cleaner to come and sort it out and we were very impressed! Clean and smelling great in now time at all! Whole rug looks great and smells fresh. Genuinely impressed and would definitely recommend.
