   I recently started working for this agency. I attended my first shift and the next day someone from crown cleaning called me and let me know that they were not going to be able to take me on. They claimed this was due to me ‘not sending my details over when asked’. I was never asked to send any details the only messages I have between myself and the agency were asking me to attend an interview which I attended as well as my first shift. When I attended there were 3 other cleaners as well as me, on the job ad it says they were looking to employ 2 cleaners. Upon attending my first shift the manager of the establishment was surprised to see 4 of us had turned up, he left to call the agency and query why there were 4 people. In conclusion I have been left again without work due to poor management not knowing how to do their jobs properly. Very unfair and unprofessional treatment lying to your employees instead of owning up to your mistakes, apologising and having some basic respect. You should have a bit of compassion and be mindful that it’s very hard for young people like me to start out in the world. There’s barely any work out there as it is and there’s agencies like this who constantly take you on, use you, lead you to believe you’re finally going to have a bit of stability and then take it away from you.

They cover both offices and the general clean throughout the day on both sites and I haven’t ever been disappointed. Very reliable and consistent and the staff are also every friendly.    I have been using crown cleaning now for a couple of years and I can’t recommend them enough! Glynns team really gives out 110% and go above and beyond for me and my company! Always picking up on detail! Glynn is really on the ball comes to see me every couple of months, he really makes sure everything is in line! Every 6-8 weeks Glynn makes sure the staff are deep cleaning to keep our office and public spaces in check and looking fresh! We get a lot of comment from out clients on the cleanliness of our offices and meeting rooms.

   Crown Cleaning introduced themselves to us as a Letting Agency, and Glynn came in a few weeks later for a meeting. During the meeting we were assured by him that they were more professional than any other cleaners in the area, and could get to any job within hours. We have since instructed work to Crown Cleaning and have not had any acknowledgement of this work for 2 weeks so far. There has been no communication from them at all. I would not use this company, or waste your time with a meeting.
