    One of your vans parked on double yellow lines outside Heronswood School this morning , right before the zig zags for the crossing and causing chaos. Plenty of places to park but this person clearly thinks they are entitled to do what they like. Great advert for your company.

    When I first used this company they were excellent, unfortunately that has changed. My biggest frustration is getting a VAT invoice, the online invoices show the tax but the VAT number and their address are not on them. In the past I have used the chat facility and one has been sent to me with a totally different number/reference to the online one but this time I was told I would get one when the goods were dispatched - I didn't. What's the problem? Just update the website! I've also had a problem with incorrect information when checking my order and delivery promises but as I didn't need the stuff urgently it didn't matter, it just makes me think twice about finding a different supplier.

    Great service when it comes to sales. Not so great when there is an issue with an item. You have to pay to send the item back even when faulty and instead of replacing or refunding they keep 20% re stocking fee and refund the rest, which can be hundreds lost through no fault of your own. They dont make you aware of this at the point of purchase. My business will now purchase elsewhere.

    What a fabulous company to deal with ! Travelled for 2 hours to collect my machine and there was no fuss at all. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly faces and chatty !!! Immediately offered a seat, offered a drink and the loo !!! That sounds daft but to me that was thoughtful, customer care to perfection ( rare these days ). Paid for my order and the chaps in the warehouse loaded the van, nothing was any trouble at all. Everything just screamed out ' A good company and happy staff '. Fantastic to deal with and can wholeheartedly recommend, I will most certainly deal with them again. I don't often review, only when it's certainly deserved ( one way or another ), but this place is second to none, best Regards-Geoff
