Ypu couldn't ask for 2 nicer guys to come into your home and do an excellent job at a real good price.the carpet came up like new though it did take alot of hard work especially on the spot cleaning in particular. Highly recommend 1st Impressions for cleaning, i had 2 sets ofupholstery cleaned, also a headboard, came up amazingly clean. Both Roy and Darren attention to detail and ensuring I was happy with the finish was also fab.

I got in touch with Roy at 1st I impressions to clean the carpets at our office in Shrewsbury. He was on time and had quite a bit to do as the carpets were quite dirty. Roy and Richard worked their socks off for 5 hours and I couldn't believe how the carpets came up, they were literally like new. What impressed me more than anything was the attention to detail, every stubborn spot was treated. They even hoovered the whole areas after cleaning. I have no hesitation giving 1st Impressions 5 stars. I will be using them again for sure.
I am really impressed with this company and would have no hesitation in recommending. We moved into our house a few weeks ago and the lounge carpet, although being in good condition, was very dirty and had a lot of staining. I called 1st Impressions in the morning and spoke with Roy, I was lucky as he and his colleague Richard were able to clean my lounge carpet later the same day. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time and worked very professionally. Firstly they checked the carpet all over before deciding what treatments were required and the finished result was really excellent, better than I could have ever imagined.
