AWEFUL, fail to answer emails and when you call the Liverpool office you are constantly on hold, 40 minutes last time, before i hung up. I hate dealing with these people
I’ve been doing business with many shipping lanes over the years. I’m not going to see cma. Liverpool are perfect but I think they’re trying their best and they’re changing to become even more service orientated. I know even have a special person that looks after my account. Thank you very much cma as you know once you provide an excellent service business will come keep it up

As useless as they come. Just constantly over promise and then refuse to help resolve - just plainly don't care for their customers.
