   Since the arrival of yoour team at Southside apartments I believe as a resident of the apartments we've definitely seen a more positive professional atmosphere from the Concierge office. Procedures are relayed to us in a manner that leaves you feeling valued. Steve and Lee inperticular are extremely helpful but they always adhere to the procedures set in place.
