   Boiler stopped working. A friend recommended Andy, who came out later the same day and identified a faulty Gas Valve. He provided a price to replace the part. He came out at a mutually convenient time and fitted the new part. Also carried out a very thorough gas safety check on the whole system. Boiler is now working fine. Particularly impressed by his helpfulness and professionalism. Throughly recommended.

   I have had several really positive dealings with Andy in the last year. He has fitted radiators at my daughters house, and remedied various pipework and boiler issues, not to mention a leaky radiator yesterday too in our home...! He is always friendly and professional. He leaves everything tidy at the end of a job too. I would have no problem in recommending him. Superb service.

   I engaged Andy in May to powerflush my system which went well with no issues. Both nice guys and I asked Andy to quote me for a replacement kitchen radiator. As I hadn't heard from him I texted a reminder a month later and he gave me an acceptable estimate and we agreed a date for the work. I texted him on the night before to confirm and he asked to reschedule. We agreed an alternative date but this time I did not text beforehand. He did not attend on the day and I have yet to receive any explanation or communication after a week. I understand completely that this job is low priority and that he may face many other work and domestic pressures. However not even a text leaves me very disappointed and I now need to find someone else. Shame. Update. Andy has now fitted my new radiator to a good standard and I had no hesitation in asking him to do further work. Thanks Andy.

   Cannot recommend Andy & team enough, my boiler had broken down in my salon & I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I contacted Andy upon recommendation and he fitted me a brand new boiler the next day. Andy kept me updated throughout the whole process, cleaned up & took my old boiler away. I honestly can’t recommend them enough! Thanks so much for a stress free experience! I will see you next year for a boiler service.

   Highly recommended! Had no central heating so gave Fab Gas a ring and Andy was able to come have a look asap. He took his time to properly diagnose the fault, rather than waste my money replacing parts first. Within about 30mins I had heating again, and the price was more than fair. I've used other engineers before but will definitely be using Fab Gas in the future!

   Rang to replace a broken/leaking tap. Fab Gas Services came the next day during a busy Autumn period, when other companies were quoting a 2 week wait. Sent images of the broken tap via WhatsApp to make ordering the new tap quick and efficient. The job was prompt, professional and cleaned up afterwards. Fair priced and happy with the result. Received a formal receipt via email. Will be using again for a boiler installation next year. Now my go-to local plumbing/boiler company.
